Registration

Registration is open from 01/06/2026 to 31/07/2026.

Registration fee (speakers and listeners in both in-person and online formats): 30 euros.

INET-md members can register free of charge, but they must do it in advance via email: fbaraldi@fcsh.unl.pt and leontb@fcsh.unl.pt

1) Payments can be done in the following ways: 
1.1 Bank Transfer

IBAN: PT50 0018 0003 2141 9114 020 13

BIC/SWIFT: TOTAPTPL

Bank: Banco Santander Totta S.A.

Account Holder: NOVA FCSH – Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Reason of transfer: SOMOS2026-INET


After completing the transfer, please save the proof of payment (bank transfer receipt).

1.2 PayPal

Payment can be made using the following institutional email: dgfc@fcsh.unl.pt
Steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click on “Send”
  3. Enter the email above
  4. Insert the amount
  5. Select “Goods and services” (if applicable)
  6. Complete the payment

⚠️ Please ensure that any PayPal fees are covered by the sender.
After payment, please save the PayPal receipt.

2) Payment Confirmation and Invoice Details

Please send an email to:  fbaraldi@fcsh.unl.pt and leontb@fcsh.unl.pt
Including:

  1. Proof of payment (bank transfer receipt or PayPal receipt)
  2. indication of whether you intend to be participate in person or online
  3. If you require an invoice/receipt, please include:
    • Full Name
    • Address
    • Postal Code
    • VAT Number (Tax ID)
    • Payment Date
    • Payment Amount

⚠️ If you are an international participant, please include your passport number. 
⚠️ If the invoice should be issued in a different name (e.g., institution), please provide the corresponding details.

We will send you a registration confirmation by email once the payment is confirmed .
